北极海冰 乌拉尔阻塞 次季节预报 全球变暖

在全球变暖的背景下，北极海冰快速融化，冬季乌拉尔阻塞事件频繁发生。乌拉尔阻塞事件通常伴随着欧亚大陆极端事件的发生，因而受到国内外学者的广泛关注。不少研究指出，在季节和年际尺度上乌拉尔阻塞与北极海冰有着密切的联系，然而鲜有学者从次季节尺度研究北极海冰对乌拉尔阻塞的影响。
第三极地区，尤其是喜马拉雅山脉东部，冰川正在经历加速消融，这一现象与21世纪初季风期降水减少吻合（图1）。日益退缩的海洋型冰川在多大程度上缓冲了雅鲁藏布江上游（奴下水文站以上流域）不断减少的降水径流，目前尚不清楚。
