为研究干热处理对丙烯腈酪素接枝共聚(AN-g-Casein)纤维性能和结构的影响,采用扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱、X-射线衍射等进行分析。结果表明:在140℃以下干热处理时,纱线收缩率较小,白度变化较小,且强力增加;140℃是丙烯腈酪素接枝共聚纤维安全干热加工的临界温度;干热处理温度超过140℃,丙烯腈酪素接枝共聚纤维结构发生变化,纤维开始扭曲变形,泛黄加剧,结晶度下降。
