采用求解时均N-S方程,结合气液质量输运方程的两相流方法,在水轮机优化设计中进行转轮的空化流场分析。结果显示:在高水头下适当增加叶片包角,延长出水边,数值计算效率为94.7%,明显高于改型前的93.4%;叶片压力分布更为均匀,最优工况点的临界空化系数也低于改型前的0.03, 空穴区域减小,转轮的空化性能得到改善。计算结果与实验结果相符,为转轮的再优化设计提供了参考依据。

根据压力脉动幅值对空化变化相当敏感的特点,利用离心式水泵试验平台模拟空化现象,获取水泵出口压力信号。研究发现,在空化发生时刻,水泵出口压力的轴频幅值增大,且存在 很多低频脉动成分。同时,根据试验获取的壳体振动和出口压力信号,分别建立该水泵正常运行的时间序列数学模型,利用模型残差的方差值判别离心泵的运行状态,实现对其空化特征的识别。

针对收缩-扩散型水洞中进行铝制翼型空蚀破坏试验时,传统度量不能准确量化翼型表面不 同位置的空蚀程度,提出了数字图像检测的方法。获取试验翼型表面SEM空蚀图像,然后对图像进行模糊增强,并进行类间方差最大阈值分割,用二值形态学方法处理边缘,最后由统计特性计算出空蚀破坏表面积、蚀坑数量等。图像测量可得到空蚀对翼型表面破坏数值的定量结果。
