在研究卫星总体参数对TDICCD推扫成像调制传输函数MTF（Modula Transfer Function, MTF）影响关系的基础上,提出了一套模拟卫星在轨成像MTF下降的技术方法。通过这套模拟方法，建立了卫星总体参数与在轨成像质量MTF下降之间的关系，为用户根据对遥感图像质量MTF指标的需求来确立对卫星主要总体参数的要求提供了分析手段。
