借助XRD、SEM研究了Sol-Gel法制备NiTiSMA/FC薄膜复合材料在650℃晶化退火处理后的界面结构。结果表明,陶瓷薄膜层的约束抑制了NiTiSMA基体的高温时效反应;由于NiTiSMA基体表面的高温氧化产生的TiO2过渡层,使NiTiSMA与铁电陶瓷两异质之间良好结合。

采用Sol--Gel工艺制备了PbTiO3 (PT)玻璃陶瓷薄膜, 实现了常规熔融法难以达到的高PT含量. 薄膜中PT晶粒分布均匀, 晶粒大小约0.1μm, 膜中无孔洞. 采用常规热处理,可获得c轴择优取向的PT玻璃陶瓷薄膜, 而利用快速热处理技术有助于抑制PT焦绿石相的出现, 且薄膜呈现轻微的a轴择优取向.

用Sol-Gel法, 通过控制异丙醇钛和醋酸钡的水解速率制备了BaTiO3陶瓷墨水. 研究了该陶瓷墨水的制备工艺参数, 分散剂添加量, 导电盐添加量, pH值, 固相含量等对墨水性能的影响.用扫描电镜观察了BaTiO3墨滴打印点和单一打印层的形貌, 发现陶瓷墨滴大小均匀, 打印层表面平整. 该墨水满足连续式喷墨打印要求.
