借助XRD、SEM研究了Sol-Gel法制备NiTiSMA/FC薄膜复合材料在650℃晶化退火处理后的界面结构。结果表明，陶瓷薄膜层的约束抑制了NiTiSMA基体的高温时效反应；由于NiTiSMA基体表面的高温氧化产生的TiO2过渡层，使NiTiSMA与铁电陶瓷两异质之间良好结合。

以钛酸丁酯乙烯吡咯烷酮为原料, 采用Ｓｏｌ－ｇｅｌ法制备了ＴｉＯ２／ＰＶＰ纳米复合材料, 采用原子力显微镜（ＡＦＭ）、红外光谱、ＸＲＤ、ＴＧＡ等测试方法分别研究了薄膜的表面形貌和材料的结构与热稳定性.
