为了提高单独时差或频差定位精度，提出利用最大比合并技术合并TDOA和FDOA方程基于最大似然原理的独立定位解, 形成联合定位，合并系数由TDOA和FDOA方程单独定位方差的克拉美罗界对应的Fisher信息逆矩阵来定义。仿真和理论分析表明：该算法的定位性能在有无地球约束条件下均优于单独定位性能，并且逼近克拉美罗界。
