乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤，其死亡率在女性肿瘤性致死疾病中占首位。2021年WHO更新的癌症数据显示，乳腺癌取代肺癌成为全球第一大癌。虽然乳腺癌的诊治已经进入分子分型时代，仍有35%治疗失败而复发转移。三阴性乳腺癌（TNBC）因具有更高的增殖、复发和转移率，是所有乳腺癌类型中预后最差的一种，其发病率占乳腺癌发病率的15-20%。
探讨膀胱癌组织中Integrinβ1和CARMA-3蛋白的表达及其与患者经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后复发的相关性。方法 选取160例经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗的膀胱癌患者，保留患者病理标本，并对患者随访5年，最终108例纳入研究。根据患者复发情况分为短期复发组和长期首次复发组。免疫组织化学法检测膀胱癌肿瘤组织中Integrinβ1和CARMA-3表达，并分析其表达与经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后复发的相关性。
