近日，英国核办公室（ONR）推出了一种新的核安全文化模型和度量方法，“核工业安全文化清单（NISCI）”。NISCI由ONR委托曼彻斯特商学院开发，并得到英国核工业界的广泛支持，用于评估核责任单位的组织安全文化，促进行业的互相学习，从而支持许可证持有者积极加强组织安全文化，维护核安全。
