通过Meta分析评价胸部综合物理治疗对ICU机械通气患者的应用效果。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Sciencedirect、EMBASE、CINAHL、Wily online library、CBM、维普、万方和CNKI数据库,检索时限为建库至2018年9月,由2名评价员独立筛选文献、评价文献质量和提取指标数据,将评价指标数据用RevMan 5.3进行Meta分析。
延安地区土体多为湿陷性黄土,发生强降雨时,易发生滑坡、崩塌、窑洞垮塌等灾害,构成巨大安全隐患。通过室外现场试验,研究了不同日降雨量下入渗深度随入渗时间的变化规律,及含水率随深度的变化规律;通过室内直剪试验研究了含水率、干密度对粘聚力和内摩擦角的影响。结果表明:降雨对浅层土体含水率影响大,对深层土体影响较小,入渗深度随着入渗时间的增大而增大;黄土的抗剪强度随含水率的增大而减小,且是干密度越大减小的越...
