现有Web框架没有充分考虑面向pojo对象的编程和XML到关系数据库的映射，导致系统中pojo对象与数据库关系表和其他对象之间的紧耦合。针对该问题提出一种基于Schema的开发框架，该框架考虑数据库关系表与DTD的依赖，集中且合理地布置系统中的pojo代码，方便service对象调用DAO对象，是一种易于扩展和维护的Web框架。

基于XML的异构数据库集成技术已经被应用到现有的数据集成平台中，但由于所采用的“模式自动翻译”法的局限性，当前众多的集成平台并不能真正实现异构关系数据库的自由集成。该文在关系模式和XML Schema的形式化定义的基础上，提出描述关系模式到XML Schema的映射关系的通用模型——RtoX，给出模型的合法性验证算法。依据该模型设计了新的关系数据到XML转换的通用算法。

为提高XML文档资源访问控制的安全性，依据RBAC对XML组件具有复杂约束以及模式与元素之间关系的良好重用机制的特性，构建了一种新的访问控制模型—SRBAC。在此基础上，提出了相应目标访问控制算法TDACA，创建了相应策略，验证了SRBAC的有效性，从而实现了有效的访问控制和实例级的认证，保证了XML文件的安全使用。
