在车辆无级变速器(CVT)产品开发过程中,应用前向仿真可以真实地模拟实际汽车行驶工况。建立装备CVT的整车前向模型,通过仿真过程分析,调整CVT产品结构参数,提高了仿真结果的可信度和精度,实现了对CVT控制策略的设计,缩短了CVT产品工程开发的时间和费用,仿真分析与实车实验结果对比分析表明所建模型有较高的准确性,可应用于CVT产品开发。
