目前开发的水文预报调度软件大多是相对独立的，存在着标准化程度低、可扩展性差、数据处理方式单一、资源无法移植等缺陷。针对这些问题，长江水利委员会水文局基于.NET组件技术开发了长江防洪调度系统，不仅满足了长江防洪调度的实际需要，而且实现了软件独立开发、相互调用、可扩展性强等目的，为今后的软件升级开发奠定了良好的基础。侧重介绍了基于.NET组件技术的特点及在水文预报调度软件开发中的应用情况。
