针对农业信息采集与传输的特点，基于TCP/IP协议研究了移动式农业信息智能服务系统的数据管理和传输方法，设计了移动终端与上位机之间的计算机网络应用层无线数据传输协议，研究了数据传输形式、传输格式和传输内容。初步应用表明，该协议适用于移动式农业信息智能服务系统，并具有一定的通用性和扩展性。应用层协议标准化有利于实现农业信息的共享。
