为简化结构并提高算法效率，研究FIR 半带滤波器的等效结构。论述FIR 半带滤波器的时域和频域特性， 运用插值和抽取级联的等效性推导出FIR 半带滤波器的简化结构，并以一个10 阶半带滤波器为例进行仿真研究。仿 真结果表明：FIR 半带滤波器的简化结构能有效减少延时单元总数和单位时间内乘法运算的总次数，起到提高算法 效率和降低硬件资源占用率的作用。

本文对传统BP神经网络算法加以改进，以余弦基函数作神经元的输出函数，克服了传统BP神经网络收数速度慢、学习步长低的致命缺陷。通过对线性相位FIR滤波器幅频特性和搭建余弦基神经网络模型对二者进行研究，并通过仿真研究得出该算法在高阶多阻带滤波器设计中的具有很强的优越性。
